We bought it used in June 2022 a used 2021 Looked like new seemed well maintained. Pros Good layout Comfortable loungers and sofa. Like the outdoor kitchen drags well. As well as the ceiling height Cons In September we noticed the paint was peeling off the frame under the sliders, then upon further investigation it was the entire frame. We tackle the problem. Then one of the found leaf springs broke. We had it replaced. We brought the trailer to Florida in January 2023, we opened one of the windows above the dining room and found that if the frame, apparently the weld in the corner, failed, the glass would slide out. The next 3 closet doors began to separate at the joints, did not glue the joints with small nails. Remember, I've been in the furniture business since 1985, all joints are glued, so we were at Camp Margherita Ville and I saw a Grand Design Van there. And explains what we are dealing with. He said to call the number on the truck to see if he was authorized to look at the problems with the windows and closet doors which I did and was basically told they weren't behind a used trailer , even if it's basically a new one. . 2021 just turned into 2023. Also, the parts are sourced from vendors who use them and are not guaranteed. I've heard good things about the build quality, which is clearly not the case. The following is clearly poor workmanship and not abuse 1 Poorly prepared frame for paint causing most of the paint to come off 2 Poorly made cabinet doors 3 A broken weld on a window frame. This causes the glass to slide. And a broken leaf spring, to put it nasty, really great design

This motorhome is a dream. EXCELLENT QUALITY - Preorder from Winnebago by Grand Design. No unexpected repairs needed. Updates to the air conditioning and refrigerator to keep them better than new. 2015 Grand Design Momentum M-Class 350M.

We like the floor plan, but that's about all we like. We chose Grand Design because we thought we were getting a premium product. The caravan has been used 4 times by 2 adults and so far we have had 4 water leaks and now we need to fit a new leaking toilet. The shower floor felt flimsy so the repairman looked under the shower floor and found 3/4 of the floor was reinforced and 1/4 of the floor was unreinforced. I think the next problem will be replacing the shower floor. No, I wouldn't buy a Grand Design no matter how nice it looks on the outside. Our 20 year old Sunline trailer was done right and we never had a problem. The only good thing about this motorhome is the interior design. I hope this review is useful and taken seriously.

We bought this last year to replace our recently sold C class. The floor plan convinced me. It was a disaster. On the way home, my wife noticed the lights weren't working as she followed me. I called the dealer, Northgate RV in Ringgold GA and they advised me to bring it back...so we did the next day. They noticed that the lenses were also broken. After being there for 2 months I asked them to just turn on the light and a few weeks later they did. We used it on a couple of weekend trips and had a list of items that needed fixing. The taps were dripping, the air was freezing on a 70 degree day, the awning didn't close all the way, the doors didn't close properly, the cat ground everything up. . We returned it the following month because the fridge wasn't working...they kept it for 3 months. We picked it up again, didn't fix everything but we had to have it. . . They said it will come first when it comes back. We'll get it back. 2 months later they call us and tell us that they haven't found a problem with most of the issues. Like the air that freezes. I said how did you fix it or diagnose it since it's 12 degrees outside...the answer was just plain stupid. They even said there were no broken lights...they were the ones to show me the broken lights...the plug didn't work when I left it...they didn't list me. Don't buy any of these.

Please do not buy this GRAND DESIGN IMAGINE! The build quality is terrible and it all starts the day you pick it up. First, the manufacturer sends this product to the retailer in such a bad condition after their supposed quality control. Then when you take ownership, the manufacturer GRAND DESIGN becomes your biggest problem. From your dealer selection to proper product production and available spare parts. Each phase of the BIG DESIGN ends in a nightmarish drive in utter desperation to own one of their followers. I can't even begin to explain the insane process of dealing with this group. The lies and misinformation are just mind boggling, not to mention the weeks of trying to get information. I bought my trailer on August 22, 2022 and I haven't been able to use my trailer yet. So Grand Design finds this situation business as usual and not a problem for them because they have your money with them in good faith and in return they act like they have done you a favor by selling you the best products and hell with customer service or guarantees. So if they keep your trailer for 4 months to do manufacturer repairs it would be fair to extend the warranty for the months you had it in your possession. But GRAND DESIGN know their product is so bad that they can't compete with the bad products they sell you. My hope is to save someone from the nightmare I am going through from owning one of their trailers. Please do not buy a great designed product, you will regret buying it. I have 1 night left in the caravan since I bought it on August 22, 2022 and made 4 payments. Grand Design, shame on you and your LIES.

As a guest in this 5th wheel I found it spacious enough for 8 people and four dogs. With the Christmas frost of 2022 I found the sleeping arrangements very much to be desired. The fireplace in the living room couldn't heat the area enough to take the chill out of the air. Furniture that converts to sleeping quarters was built for people under 5 feet tall. Drafts were noted at the outer corners of the sliders and at the stern. The floors were freezing, so stretching was an initiator of hyperthermia. Frozen black and gray tanks.

Grand Design steals $3,000 from me after their kitchen slide broke and they have now given me a case number as they refuse to reimburse my expenses after being told they would cover my expenses. The frame is terrible with nails going through linoleum floors. I hate Grand Design and their customer service department. I would recommend that you never buy any Grand Design product as one day they will burn it like they are burning me right now.

We had 3 great designs, 2 were pretty good, the 3rd was nothing but a problem. We had no help from the dealer or customer service. The latest issue was the Chinese 12 volt Furion fridge (what a joke). we've been trying to go to florida for the wedding for two weeks now and we can't get the fridge to cool, we've had the RV serviced here twice and it's encountered a variety of problems including electrical fire hazards. Thanks to Matt, our mobile technician, we can potentially be up and running in a week. The VR industry is very fortunate that the customer is paying for their mistakes. We've always bragged about our great designs, but not anymore. A pity!

I was very happy with the sale as I don't have enough time to go out in my busy schedule. It's a good caravan for a family and the reason I'm selling it is that I'm buying it now. There's nothing wrong. I've pulled it with my Ram 2500 with no problem the few times I've been outside. I have no cons to tell you about it.
