For our provincial customers who purchase bulky items and are willing to wait for their package to be delivered, we offer shipping via CARGO Logistics with the FREIGHT COLLECT option as long as they are located in Metro Manila. Freight Collect means that the shipping payment will be collected from the parcel at their respective branches near the customer's address.

The best known freight logistics are AP CARGO, Jades Cargo, Sea star Cargo, Solid Shipping, etc.
It is best to check near your area for possible trucking/logistics services available in your area when choosing this option.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also use the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@khmtools.com.ph. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
